Lean Management: Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Exercise

Metrics such as production capacity (pieces per hour), lead times, and client demand are analyzed across various posts in workstations. Calculations like Process Lead Time (PLT) and Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) are central to achieving operational efficiency.

TP : Opérations sur les variables

Key tasks include generating variables for the global invoice amounts, calculating descriptive statistical summaries, and separating data based on subscriber type and tenure. Additionally, the report outlines procedures for recoding data and summarizing complaints, along with a cross-tabulation by subscriber type for a comprehensive analysis.

TP n°1 : Simulation des circuits analogiques et numériques

Various electronic circuits were proposed for simulation to analyze their behavior. Key outputs included the design and simulation of a low-pass filter with a cutoff frequency of 1040 Hz, and a simple half-wave rectifier circuit with current and resistance measurements.
