Ce projet consiste r aliser la construction d une Maison sur un Terrain trouver.
Caract ristiques essentielles:
Terrain de 500 m2 minimum, moins de 10km des lieux de travail
Maison sur Sous-sol avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains: 120 m2 minimum
Motifs ayant conduit laborer ce projet:
La famille s agrandit et l appartement devient trop petit. Un jardin serait bien apr ci en
particulier par les enfants.
