The original version of the Quality Environment Handbook is a protected data-processing source. Only Quality Direction can access this source to carry out modifications there.
Les évolutions d’éditions et indices du Manuel Qualité / Environnement - qui ne concernent pas les annexes - sont précisées au § « Révisions du Manuel Qualité / Environnement ». Les annexes sont gérées par date dans l’Annexe 0.
The evolutions of editions and revision level of the Quality Environment Handbook - which do not relate to the appendices - are specified within the § “Revisions of the Handbook Quality”. The appendices are managed by date in Appendix 0.

La Direction Qualité assure, de façon contrôlée, la diffusion interne de ce Manuel selon la liste de destinataires et le support précisés en Annexe « Liste de diffusion de la documentation Qualité ». Le portail Intranet MGIC précise à tout moment l’indice applicable du Manuel Qualité disponible . Pour les sites non connectés au réseau la dernière version CD-ROM diffusée est applicable. ( En cas de doute s’adresser dans un premier temps au Responsable Qualité du Site puis, éventuellement, à la Direction Qualité pour confirmation de l’indice applicable).
The Quality Direction ensures, in a controlled way, the internal distribution of this Handbook according to the list of recipients and the support specified in Appendix “Mailing list of the Quality documentation”. The MGIC Internet portal constantly specifies the applicable index of the Quality Handbook. For the sites off-line to the network the last CD-ROM version distributed is applicable. (In case of doubt, initially ask to the site Quality Manager then, if necessary be, to the Quality Direction for confirmation of the applicable revision level).

After agreement of the Board of Directors or Quality Direction, not managed specimens of the Handbook can be distributed for information into external. Any not managed copy is printed with the mention “For information”.

Toute modification entraîne un changement d’indice du Manuel. Une modification importante ( par exemple mise à jour suivant un nouveau référentiel, refonte complète de certaines sections,... ) implique l’évolution du numéro d’édition. Les dates permettent de gérer les modifications d’annexe.
Any modification involves a change of the Handbook’s revision level. An important modification (for example updated according to a new standard, complete recasting of certain sections,…) results in the evolution of the edition number. The dates make it possible to manage the modifications of appendices.
La communication des modifications se fait via un message informatique envoyé à tous les destinataires du Manuel Qualité / Environnement.
The communication of the modifications is done via a data-processing message sent to all the recipients of the Quality Handbook.

L’archivage de l’original papier des versions successives du Manuel Qualité / Environnement est assuré par la Direction Qualité, sans limite dans le temps. Il comporte la mention « périmé ». A réception d’une nouvelle édition ou d’un nouvel indice les destinataires mettent à jour leurs points de diffusion éventuels et détruisent les versions obsolètes.
The filing of the original paper versions of the succesive modifications of the Quality Handbook is ensured by the Quality Direction, unbounded in time. It comprises the ranking “out-of-date”. With reception of a new edition or a new revision, the recipients update their points of distribution (if relevant) and destroy the obsolete versions

MGI COUTIER intègre dans ses décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles la dimension environnementale, de manière responsable et attentive, vis-à-vis de ses employés, de ses clients, et des communautés et pays dans lesquels nous opérons. Les lois, décrets et règlements des autorités locales de chaque pays, ainsi que les autres exigences applicables auxquelles MGI COUTIER a souscrit, doivent être considérés comme des prescriptions minimales. La gestion environnementale du groupe MGI COUTIER se doit d’être proactive et de mettre en œuvre une politique d’amélioration continue et de prévention des pollutions. Les sites du Groupe doivent sans cesse améliorer la gestion des déchets produits et augmenter la part valorisée, minimiser les consommations énergétiques, ainsi que maîtriser et réduire les risques de pollution du milieu naturel. En phase développement, MGI COUTIER adhère à une démarche d’éco-conception. Tous les responsables doivent s’assurer de la formation de leurs collaborateurs sur ce sujet et de leur motivation à appliquer cette politique dans leurs activités quotidiennes. Le groupe MGI COUTIER entretient un dialogue constructif avec les autorités environnementales et toutes les parties concernées. Des audits environnementale sont effectués. The laws, decrees and rules of the local authorities of each country, as well as the other applicable requirements to which MGI COUTIER subscribed, must be regarded as minimal regulations.
The environmental management of MGI COUTIER group must be proactive and implement a policy of continuous improvement and prevention of pollution.
Sites of the Group must unceasingly improve their waste management, increase the valorized portion, minimize the power consumptions, and control and reduce the risks of pollution of the environment. In development phase , MGI COUTIER adheres to an eco-conception procedure.
All the persons in charge must ensure themselves of the proper training of their collaborators on these topics and their motivation to apply this policy in their daily activities. MGI COUTIER group maintains a constructive dialogue with the environmental authorities and all the parties concerned. Periodic follow-up audits of the environmental system are carried-on. Our environmental policy is at public disposal.
